I have always had problems maintaining a healthy looking skin. It’s like “eggs and chicken” with my skin. I break out very easily with products, make up, Make up brushes and my diet of course doesn’t help as I am student. I am always left tackling previous acne scars and by the time I combat that new ones appear. Due to this I try to keep my skin hydrated and as clean as possible.

I have been using the Clinique face soap and it is proved to minimise active break outs and controls excessive oil on my skin. I have been using it twice a day mainly concentrating it on my T-zone. I just lather it on every morning and it really help sooth my skin and leaves it feeling fresh.

The only con of this product is that it dries out my skin a bit too much and creates dry patches, but maybe it’s just me as I have combination of oily and dry skin. I mean I am not complaining as it’s not a big deal as I just moisturise really well and use a good deep moisturising product.

Overall, the pros outweigh the cons and I think it is great product retailing at £15.50. It is affordable and you get quite a bit of product (200ml) which will last a really long time. The formulation is good and has a pump to dispense the right amount of product. I personally just like to use half a pump because I feel it enough to wash my whole face. It is available for other skin types too as there is the extra mild one for sensitive skin and etc. you can choose the one that best describes your skin. I have now been using it for few months and I will definitely re-purchase it.

Having clear skin is more important or one that’s dry is something you are going to have to decide for yourself.
